I love my job...I work for a CPA firm. I personally do not work in the tax department. I work in the wealth management department. It has definitely been very stressful as the stock market moves all over, but let me tell you what a learning experience it has been for me. Those who I work with are amazing and have taught me all I know. I respect them for their work ethics and for taking the time to train me. My days move so fast and are NEVER the same. I think that is why I love my job so much. This time of year is the "tough" time though. We are dead smack in the middle of our busy season. Yes, it means long days and evenings and weekends. For those of you who work outside of the home...even moms who don't work out side of the home...you know how it is when you are at work and/or come home to laundry, dishes, dirty bathrooms, bills to pay, a house to pick up, grocery shopping, and the list goes on....
Well, I haven't had to worry about that to much...Kevin has been doing so much for me...for us! He has been picking the kids up from school, helping them with their homework, making dinner for them, cleaning up, doing laundry and the list goes on. I got home last night around 7 PM...everyone had already eaten, the kitchen was spotless, Victoria and Logan were in their pj's, homework was finished and laundry is caught up!! What a loving hubby I have been blessed with!! Our schedules are crazy and are days are full, but we love our lives. Kevin's business has slowed down a bit because of the the economy and because of the cold weather. God knows what we need and when we need it. He knew that if Kevin were busy right now it would be harder on the both of us...so for this I am thankful!
It is not easy being gone from my family all day and sometime late into the evening, but when I come home and realize all I need to do is just sit and spend time with the ones I love...it doesn't get much better than that! Because of this I just wanted to thank Kevin! He completes me that is for sure...I love you, Kevin!!!
