Sleepovers!!

I am finally getting around to this post!! Victoria and Logan have been asking to have a sleepover for quite sometime now. To be honest, I have been putting it off for 2 reasons....1 knew that Victoria would not sleep over at someones house and 2 I wasn't ready to let Logan have his first sleepover. I know, I know...what kind of mommy am I. Just a little emotional one I guess. :)

So Saturday, we had our friends over for some pizza and just a night of fun. Well when we made the plans a couple of weeks ago we also made plans to "switch" kids. Victoria's friend spent the night at our house and Logan went to his friends house for the night. I did shed a couple of tears when Logan left, but he did fine. I was so proud of him too.

Victoria and her friend enjoying pizza!!!

Logan and his buddies...I couldn't get a good picture at all of the 3 boys.

Second try...these 2 boys are SO much a like! I think they are going to have a wonderful summer together!
The girls played together so well. They both love their American Girls. I think they played with them all night!! At bedtime they talked for a couple of minutes but it didn't take them long to fall fast asleep. Victoria's friend has diabetes. I will admit I was a bit nervous about this, but I knew I had to be comfortable with it...for both Victoria and her friends sake. I did get frustrated though when I learned that her sugar was high a couple hours after her leaving our home. I don't know how Julie and Jeremy do it...

Getting ready for bed....

Thanks Jeremy and Julie for allowing her to come over for the night. I think they really had fun and can't wait to be able to do it again!!!

Thank you for having her over! You did a great job Heather!! You did nothing wrong that day. That is just what we deal with! You never know what is going on in their little bodies.
BTW, she loved the choc kind of honey bunches of oats. She has requested them next time I go to the store!!
Have a good day!

What fun! Wow, it's obvious Victoria is super excited from her smile in that pizza picture!
