We had a wonderful time camping this weekend. It was a bit on the chilly side, but it was so nice to get away from the craziness of life!!
Logan loves being outside, so you can imagine that he was just loving every minute of it. We took a couple of walks and of course the kids took their bikes along. It was not a busy week at the campground, so the kids were able to ride their bikes around the circle on their own. Victoria thought that was totally cool.
We are looking forward to another wonderful weekend of sunshine and are heading back out to the campsite on Friday afternoon again. Every morning when I wake the kids up we have a countdown till we leave...you would think it were almost Christmas.
I did teach something really bad to Logan this weekend. We were walking on one of the trails and he just had to go...so i let him go...right there in the woods. I wasn't think of what this eventually may do. So last night he had to go again while he was outside playing...opps...he thought he could just right there at the side of the house. Needless to say, we had a little talk. :)
So here is the real reason that I wrote this post...I need a healthy bread recipe that I can make in my bread machine. I am on my health kick again and I am finding it harder and harder to find healthy, cheap bread. Any suggestions...please let me know...I will give you my e-mail address...Any recipes will greatly be appreciated.

Heather, that picture of you and Victoria is adorable! I am glad the kids love camping, just like you and Kevin do; not like there is any choice!! I don't have a recipe for healthy bread that I have tried, but I do have a few saved. If you come up with a good recipe, pass it on to me, if you don't mind! Hope you are having a good week!

is there a bakery outlet by you? i know we have one in town and i can get nine grain and all the other healthy bread for about $1 at most - they are usually nearly $3...craziness - i usually use my bread machine for pizza dough - i will look and see if there is a healthy bread recipe - also look online there has to be a good recipe somewhere :)

I don't use a bread machine to make bread so I can't help you. I make my own wheat bread occasionally from scratch. I second sherry's suggestion of the bread outlet! That's been saving us a lot of time and money lately.
