1. I could sit and listen to piano music all day long if I could...there is just something so soothing about it.
2. Insecurity is something I am learning to deal with and accept...the road hasn't been easy.
3. I HATE working out, but I love leaving the gym dripping with sweat knowing that I just accomplished something that good!
4. I love salt n' vinegar chips...hence number 3.
5. Whenever I see a police officer, paramedic, EMT or firefighter it will bring me to tears....especially when they are in a truck on a way to a call.
6. My poor husband gets kicked a lot through the night because of snoring the reason why? See number 7...
7. I can not sleep unless it is pitch black and perfectly quiet. ;)
8. God has taught me so much over the past few months...and I am praying that 2011 is a year like no other (this will be in a much needed post soon to come)
9. I LOVE winter; I mean I need to love winter. I live in Northern Illinois. If I didn't love winter and I would spend a good 5 months complaining...and we all know that I despise complaining!
10. I pray for Victoria and Logan's spouses. Whoever they are....I pray that they are being brought up in a God honoring home. I love my two darlings to pieces and want them to experience the love that their mommy and daddy have for one another and the love that we have for our Saviour.
11. Logan wants to go to college to learn about fire science and to be a fire fighter, but he doesn't want to be in the Navy because people there go to war and can get killed....I will leave him to believe that right now, but one day soon I will need to explain to him the dangers a firefighter faces every day.
12. Having "the talk" with my 8 year old daughter is NOT something I am looking forward to, but it is a talk that I will be having with her before this summer is over... **shutter**
13. I am an insecure person, and have been reading 'So Long Insecurities' by Beth Moore. Can I just say WOW!!! That is another whole post at a different time.
14. I despise winter coats. If I can go all winter without wearing a coat I would, but you know when it gets below zero people kinda look at you a little odd when you don't have a coat on. :)
15. I throw away just about anything; Kevin saves just about everything. Together we can be dangerous.
16. I would love to visit Germany because of the history that took place...I think it would change my life.
17. Kevin and I have both been on a mission trip separately, but we would like to now go on one together as a married couple and serve together. I think there would be such an awesome opportunity for growth in our marriage.

Good to read your random thoughts! Let us know how the big talk goes! I've heard "How and when to talk to your kids about sex" is a good reference book -- I think there's a series of kids' books for different age levels that correlate.
That's amazing that you're praying your kids' spouses already -- I need to get on the ball with that!
