Our Life

We are home from vacation! I have so many pictures to download and can hardly wait to share them with you all! The kids had a blast and so did Kevin and I! It was good to be able to get away and forget all the stress and craziness of our life for a short time. My parents were so good to us while we were there and we are SO thankful for that!! (pictures coming soon!!!)

Now that I am back from vacation and back to work those feelings of being overwhelmed, lost, confused and just plain 'ol ill are back. At times like this I just want life to stop. I want to "throw the towel in" and give up. But I can't and I won't!!

Last night when we got home there were two BIG bags on our kitchen table. I had a feeling one bag was for Victoria and one for Logan so I had them look into the bags. I was right....ALL and I mean ALL their school supplies had been purchased by Grandpa and Lisa! What a blessing it was to me! One more "money thing" to take off of my list. Just thinking about all their excitement brings tears to my eyes now.

I needed that blessing. The kids didn't understand why the tears were in my eyes, but as I looked at Kevin I am sure he knew why.

They are already for school now. It is hard to believe that school will be in session this time next week. WOW...and both of them are in school this year.
