Happy Birthday Logan!!!!

Today is Logan's 4th birthday! For some reason I feel a little old today. My little guy is 4 years old and I just can't get over it. He has been such a blessing to me. I realize as I watch him learn and try new things that he is growing up so fast!!! He loves to learn and try to be just like his daddy.

A couple of weeks ago while in Jr. Church Logan raised his hand to get saved. Pastor Tom talked to him and after discussing it a bit with Logan and then with us after church we realized that Logan is just a bit to young to understand what salvation is. The exciting part of this is that the seed has been planted. We talk about salvation and about what he learns each Sunday in class. I love him and obviously the desire of my heart is that he grows up loving Christ and gets saved, but I want him to get saved when he is ready and understands it fully.

On Friday night Logan had a John Deere birthday party with the family. He loved every minute of it and of course all of the presents he got! I was so overwhelmed at the generosity of our families. The gifts that he got were great. He received plenty of new toys and lots of new clothes. Thank you EVERYONE!!!!

Blowing out his candles...Kevin and I went to pick up the cake at 4pm the day of the party. They didn't have it...actually they didn't even have the order form. I know I ordered it and even checked on it, but no cake. The lady felt bad and knew that I was disappointed. She told me to come back around 6:30 (when the party was to begin) and the cake would be ready. It was...don't ask me how but it was.

Logan and Mommy at lunch today. We just finished eating lunch at Pizza Hut after church so please excuse the sauce on the face. ;)
