Well, I finally broke down and did something I thought I would never do again!!! The kids have been wanting a pet...Victoria wanted a cat but I wasn't up for all the hair that they shed!! I am just way to picky about all that. So after talking it over with Kevin for a couple of weeks, I told him I wouldn't mind a dog like I had growing up. She was part poodle and we think part Schnauzer. She was a great dog with all my siblings!
So when we went to the pet store...I didn't expect to see it there...a Schnoodle. Yes, that is the name of the breed. Don't ask! We held him for a long time and let him play with the kids till we finally decided he was for us!
Victoria and Logan were so excited! His name is Champ, but Logan just calls him DOG! 
He is doing well with the housebreaking thing! He didn't' have one accident today at all! I am so proud of him and his accomplishments! 
So there you go...I thought I better get some pictures up for my family!

What a cutie! Actually, my parents bought a schnoodle back in January. I just saw him while we were there on vacation and loved him! They are such fun dogs! Have fun with him! =)

Oh Heather! As soon as I read the first line of your blog and saw the picture of little Champ-- I cracked up-- I thought "NO, she didn't...! Kids just change everything :) I'm soooooooo not an animal person, and I have always said that I will NEVER have a pet, but Alex and I have actually discussed getting a puppy when we move into the house. That is just so funny-- and the dog is just adorable :)

Congrats on the new family member! He's ADORABLE! The poodle thing is supposed to make him hypo-allergenic, right?
