We are Back!!!

Well we have been back since Friday evening...this is just the first chance for me to even do a post! Ever since we have been back, we have been on the go! I have so many posts to catch up on! Hopefully I will get a few of them accomplished today!

We had a great time on vacation and even stayed an extra day! The weather was wonderful...a little warm but we had plenty to do to keep us busy! We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the campground...one day it rained so we decided to take a drive and go shopping at the little towns around the area. That was fun. We enjoyed shopping with the kids and having icecream! They had a blast. Even in the rain.
The remaining days were beautiful! Of course the kids loved the swing set and pool at the campground...
Victoria's hair would stick straight up while coming down the slide!

Logan just loved to hang around on the slide watching everyone else!

Kevin took us to a trout farm...he wanted the kids to experience catching some fish...but once they would catch them and reel them in, Kevin and I had to get them off of the hook. They wouldn't even get close to the fish. (that is why we are in the pictures and not them).

We had a blast...we caught 10 fish and even had some for dinner that night. I was surprised at how good they were. I just told Logan he was eating fish sticks like at home and they were gone!

Kevin had to much fun catching all these fish!!!

Hill, this picture is for you! If you click on the picture to make it bigger...you may be able to see the blood running down the side of the fish and my hand...you know how much I HATE blood....I was so ready to be sick. I think that is why Kevin took the picture!

One day we ventured up to Wisconsin Dells! We rode the Ducks and the kids were able to ride some of the rides. Kevin and I haven't been to the Dells since 1999, so we kind of forgot that there was not a whole lot for little kids to do. On most of the rides you had to be at least 36" or taller. Victoria is just about there, but they still would not let her on the rides. We still had a blast though, just being able to spend time with the kids.

This is the Ducks at the Dells. We are on the boat in front of this one.

Into the water it goes...this was an hour long tour part on land and part on water. Victoria loved it....Logan could have done without it. He was scared to death of the water for some reason.

Daddy and Logan on the Ducks. Logan is biting his nails...he has started to do this whenever he is nervous.

Victoria wanted to reach in and touch the water!

Here are Logan and Victoria at the entrance of the camp ground!

Hill-are you kidding...we had them cleaned and prepared right there... before we even went back to the coach! :) I was thinking about it...but hey, hold it with blood running down the side is better than normal, correct???

yuk hillary. you are one sick girl. actually, heather you could have cooked them with the head on. the fins get kinda crispy like potatoe chips. then you can let them watch you while you eat. (where did hillary get that from anyway, not me for sure)

That looked like such a fun vacation. We will be near the Dells in 2 weeks on family vacation. We are only planning to go to the Dells 1 day though and just relax the rest.
